Were given a real client, in this case an HOA of several clients, which involved running down the entire design process with them that also included going over an agreement form each party had to sign to move forward with the process. This program process was run through my senior intensive landscape design studio course through CSU. This process provided an agreement form, 3 conceptual plans, a preliminary and final plan in the end for the client to keep. This specific design dealt with designing a common area for a 13 house HOA in Oakridge Village, Fort Collins, Colorado.
